What is the ordering procedure?
On the Order page, select the size of your forms, the number of parts, the number of sides, and, if you are ordering 2-part forms, the colors. Once you have confirmed these selections, you will be prompted to select the number of sets to be ordered and to upload the file containing your artwork. If your NCR form is two sided, you will need to upload a separate file for the front and back.

What file formats do you accept?
Hi-res PDF files are preferred but we also support JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF, PS, and EPS files.

Can I have my forms printed with sequential numbering, perforations, or a custom color sequence?
Yes, if you have any custom order requirements, please click on the CONTACT US link to email your request to support@printncr.com. A printncr representative will send you instructions on how to proceed with the order.

Can I email my PDF file to you?
Please use our online ordering system and upload your file to our server when you are asked to do so. If a custom request is made, we will make arrangements for you to email or FTP the file if needed.

What payment options do you accept?
At this time, we only accept credit card payments. We accept VISA, MC, AMEX, and DISCOVER.

What is the lead time of my order?
Your order will usually ship via UPS ground within 2-3 business days.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Please contact customer service at support@printncr.com for orders outside of the 48 contiguous states.

Can I track my order online?
When your order ships, we will email you the tracking number. If you have any post sale questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service at support@printncr.com.
